In 1974, the Multiconsult Foundation was established by Multiconsult's shareholders at the time for the purpose of being a long-term and impersonal owner in order to ensure the company's independence and long-term development towards a larger, interdisciplinary engineering company.
Today, the Multiconsult Foundation is an industrial, long-term shareholder in Multiconsult ASA. The Foundation's primary purpose is to actively promote the continuity and development of the Multiconsult-group.
